The location is perfect for exploring Delft, but my room was cramped with limited amenities. I enjoyed renting a bike for local adventures.

Positive, I loved the beautiful decor and charm of the place. Breakfast had great options and set me up well for the day. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the train station and city center.

We stayed with our large family for a few nights, and the hotel was perfectly situated near the Oude Kerk and Prinsenhof museum. The staff was friendly, and we enjoyed the freshly prepared breakfasts each morning, which had plenty of options to choose from.

My children wished there were more activities for them on-site.

The Grand Museum Hotel has an excellent location, just a short walk to the city center and close to the train and bus stations. The family room was spacious, which was great for our needs. I appreciated the convenience of amenities like the Nespresso machine in the room and the free slippers provided. However, the bathroom was tiny and old-fashioned. The breakfast offerings lacked variety and replenishment, leading to a disappointing start to our mornings. The lobby felt cluttered, which gave a less inviting first impression. I also had issues with the water pressure in the shower, making for longer shower times. Although the staff were friendly, the slow check-in process was a hassle. To add to the experience, the lack of air conditioning made our rooms uncomfortably warm during the night.

Great location near the canal with easy access to museums. the charming decor really set the vibe. Additionally, the rooms were super clean, making the stay enjoyable.

Great Family Stay with Convenient Amenities!

We enjoyed our family suite, which offered great space for our kids. The nearby McDonald's was a lifesaver for quick meals and hot drinks. The steep staircase added character, but be wary if you have young children. Also, the central location made exploring Delft easy!

We stayed in a Deluxe Double or Twin Room for 3 nights and loved the warm atmosphere of the hotel. Its location was perfect, just a short walk to the old town, windmill, and train station. We appreciated the comfortable beds and the friendly, helpful staff, who even stored our luggage securely when we arrived early. The breakfast had a great choice of food to fuel our days of exploring.

Only a minor issue, but would have been helpful to have a vending machine in the main building.

Our room was huge and very comfy. The bed was super comfortable after a long day of exploring. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. I appreciated the reliable Wi-Fi, which was a great convenience for planning our daily outings.
